ACTION REQUIRED: this is a working draft written to match what the code on this site actually does. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch, and update it whenever you add an ad network, analytics provider, or email platform. It is not legal advice.

The short version

We do not require an account. We do not sell personal information. The only personal data we ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to sign up for draw alerts.

What we collect

If you sign up for draw alerts

We store your email address, which games you asked for, how often you want to hear from us, which page you signed up from, the date, and a truncated version of your IP address for abuse prevention. IPv4 addresses lose their final segment and IPv6 addresses keep only their first three groups, so what we store cannot identify you. That is all.

Automatically, for everyone

Our web host records standard server logs: IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp. These are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

Advertising and analytics

ACTION REQUIRED when you activate ads or analytics. Third parties such as Google AdSense set cookies and may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads. Before enabling any ad network you must:

• name each provider here and link to its own privacy policy;
• describe the cookies it sets and their purpose;
• implement a consent banner for visitors in the EU, UK, and other consent-required regions before any non-essential cookie is set;
• link to Google's advertising policies if you use AdSense.

Until an ad network is connected, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your email address.
• We do not send your data to third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not ask for payment details, government identification, or lottery account credentials — and you should be suspicious of any lottery-related site that does.

Your choices

Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to have your address removed, and we will delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to processing. Contact us and we will honour them.

How long we keep things

Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short retention window set by our host and then rotated out.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Lottery play is restricted to adults (18+, or 21+ in some states).

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
